This is a prototype for a tool box I plan to build for a friend. Second time cutting dovetails. Finish right now is just one coat of wipe on poly since I still haven’t decided what to do with this little box. Here is my blog on it. Please feel free to comment on any issues you see. I know the 1/2 pins at the top are too thin, that was at least one lesson learned.

Jimmy, nice job on the dovetails, I learn something new everytime I cut them.
How are you planning to add a handle to the box?
Good luck and looking forward to following your blog as well.

If you do them as well as your dovetail joints, then they will turn out just fine; just take your time.

Really cool. Compound angle dovetails are always amazing looking.
