I saw this neat Pepper Mill offered at Woodcraft. Most people make a turning like a traditional pepper mill & attach this head to the turning. But this pepper mill looks so much like an old fashioned coffee mill that I thought it deserved a bit more effort. Basically I made a small sized box with a drawer similar to a coffee grinder. The difference is that I made a separate little cup to insert into the drawer to catch the ground pepper corns. This allows you to better dispense the ground pepper to your food. The whole thing is made of Mahogany & is glued & pin nailed together. I put felt pads on the bottom for feet. & used food safe finish on the wood.
