I switched from store-bought paper towels for finishing turning to an industrial paper.

This stuff is lint-free, and does a great job with friction finishes, but the 8” roll is a little hard to handle.

I made the holder from scrap lumber and a hack saw blade. It has rubber feet so it can sit on a table top, but can also be hung from a wall.

Is that 1-ply? Better double on that stuff or you’re risking a breakthrough…

lol

But in all seriousness, thats pretty cool!

I have a buddy that works for one of the big paper companies … he gets stuff like this when they are working on a new product. I don’t even know if this stuff is on the market yet.

Is that 1-ply?

Yup … but it is the toughest single ply I have ever seen!

Me either. I think this product is for some specialized application.

I love this idea. I have always wanted a roll like at the doctors office for my assembly and glue up bench.

So the stores don’t sell it and you need it , you make it. That is part of being a woodworker. Good Job.
