We needed curtain rod hangers for the house, but the built one are way overpriced. I started to look around Home Depot and I found this nice looking towel hangers. I cut up some square blocks, chamfered the edges on my router table and they really dressed up the hangers. I stained this a dark walnut to go with our furniture.

Thanks, I need to post a picture of what they look like installed on the wall, next to the window. The rods are just 1” dowel that I stained the same dark walnut. I still need to turn some finnials for the ends of the rods, so right now they look kind of ugly with nothing on the ends.
