Made this at my son’s request. It’s made of poplar and I made 18 pieces in all. I use my router table and a router bit from Rockler to make the knobs. The hole ends are done on the drill press and table saw. If you have someone who plays with this kind of train, th e track is not hard to make.

I have not seen that type of track since I was a kid. man that was a long time ago. I feel old now.

nice job, i haven’t succeeded in making the notches perfectly as yet, even with the proper router set. Have you / will you try making the curved sections?
