Built this for my friend who just bought a new house.

Used pine firing strips from home depot as the frame, and the cleaned up pallet slats for the rest!

It took 2 days, searching for pallets, him changing his mind, planing all the pallet wood down and throwing it all together.

Learned quite a bit from it and got to use my delta jointer i had just bought that i still need to learn how to use!

Nice work it fits in well.
Take extra special care with pallet materials they have all sorts of nasty bits hidden below the surface, just waiting to be discovered by precious planner or thicknesser blades.

What is the huge gas cylinder for?

Thanks robscastle, I do my best to get everything out of these planks!

That large cylinder is my 30gal. air compressor :)
