This is a very special pen. My wifes father had a very old (late 1800’s) camphor wood chest that his grandfather had when working as a missionary in Korea. The chest had long since fallen apart with many pieces broken or missing and was going to be disposed of but he asked if I would like some of the very aromatic wood. I took come of the camphor and created this pen for him as a memory of his grandfather.

this is a wonderful gift indeed. I really like the style of the pen and best of all , you have posted a perfect size picture of the pen so that we can see all of the details and the wood itself . Thank you very much : )

very touching!! And I love the pen. Very special indeed. Now it needs a box to go in and a little writeup that fits inside to tell the pen’s history
