Ay the risk of the cutting board “cops” I hereby post my first attempt at some cutting boards, dark one is Walnut and local Birch and the other is Maple and Cherry. No sand paper was harmed for this project.

Turned out nice and love the shavings of the scraper .
Next a end grain board perhaps ?

I’m trying my first cutting board right now Andre, hope it’s as nice as yours. Ruth told me your dad was a cutting board maker, how many did he do?
