This is a bevel guide I made for my sled (http://lumberjocks.com/projects/102856) it’s made of 3/4” MDF with glue and brads and allows me to cut 45 degree bevels up to 24” long without taking my sled off the table. It locks down to the table using home made hold downs and squares up beautifully to the fence. Grooves cut in the support allow for clamping. You can see in pic four when I was testing I ganged up 4 small pieces and beveled both ends in two passes, pic 5 and 6 show the results (which got turned into a little box for dice for my 12 year old after he helped me with assembly)

Thanks for looking.

Nice addition to an already useful jig! I might have to adapt the idea onto mine.

That will be going on my sled ASAP .
Just have to figure out how to attach it as my sled is a different design but the front and back fence should make good attaching points .

Nice! Sure beats having to noodle with sleds and blade angles.
