This is my second bench I have made from slab wood that I got for free. The wood is Cedar and I sanded it to 220 grit and it has 3 coats of spar urathane. I made the bench for my sister on the last minute for her birthday. I told her that it has an lifetime warrenty on the craftmanship for the lenth of either her life or mine whichever comes first. Hope ya enjoy. Thanks David.

Looks great, and you can’t go wrong with them lifetime warranties, but I don’t think she will need to use it.

Very cool, right down my alley. The color is awesome, is that Tennessee Red?

TreeBones not sure what Tennessee Red is but here in Ga. the only name I know of is Cedar. But like I said It could possible be since in different regions people may call the same trees by different names. Thanks for the comment. And thanks each and everyone that has left such nice comments..
