ADIRONDACK CHAIR

I built this based loosely off of NYW plans free online.
I used solid cypress and chose the best wood grain orientation
and gave it a very smooth sanded finish with rounded edges.
It sits extremely comfortable. I have 5 more cut out to build for friends.

Well done, love looking at the different style of ADIRONDACK’s smile…...

This is a new style but looks like you did a nice job on it.

thanks guys,
Im going to round the back or put a design on the back slats to make it more unique.
The best part for me is the appeal to touch with very smooth all rounded edges on most pieces and
sanding it to 320 or better. The wide arm rests are great for holding drinks and small snack plates during a cook out or relax session.

THE AMAZING PART: If you use the angles Al suggests in his plan, the chair is crazy comfortable.
MY WIFE’S RESPONS: “Wow, that really does look good. This one’s mine. You have to build another one for you” (wink wink)
The ultimate compliment…lol
