This little guy needs some suspenders, or free up one of his hands to jerk his britches back up. As I am finding out not all carvings turn out as you start them and in this case it has been a good teacher. The end results were, well revealing. I am having a lot of fun with this new woodworking past time.
BTW,,,, I wear Perry Suspenders every day, so this isn’t a selfy. Doug

Nice colours and beaut carving Doug…. that little bloke is a great laugh….just a thought, did you catch him returning from a quick sit behind a tree, a nature call so to speak….sorry couldn’t resist…

Well done Doug. I like this little guy. But how does he smell without suspenders.

your doing some really good projects, and not to change the subject, but gosh your nice project is surrounded by all these flashing adds, i remember the day when that did not exist…so are you still at home or are you out of the country…i thought you had some health problems that were going to keep you close to home, is that all better now

Nice carving! You say they never turn out the way you planned, that is part of what I like about carving. I am not the type to plan out my carvings, just grab a piece of scrap wood and see what happens.
