This is a canoe shelf I made from oak plywood and red oak lumber. The process starts with the stem at the front which sets the right angle and then you attach the slide pieces of ply and bend into the desired shape. The shelves are attached to hold the shape and then the back is added. I followed the instructions for making a cajun pirogue, just adapted to make half a boat!

That came out really nice. I saw a similar pirogue wall shelf recently in a resale store. it was made of cypress and looked quite old.
