I should have made this jig long time ago… I kept using my fence and a back piece cus I didnt have the time. So I took 2 hours tonight to put this together it works well and I made it so I can make slight adjustment on the other side of the fence. I also had to put a piece of tape on the front and back on the piece on the that ride against the fence to remove the couple thous of slack. Cheers

Looks great – Simple and effective. I might have to make one of these myself.

Very nice. You really thought this out with the levelers, the push handle and the clamp. That should work fine.

Looks good Dom. It will save those fingers in the future.

Great jig! The black looks excellent, what is the material, a melamine faced plywood? I really like the clamp and the adjustment.

Thanks everyone!

As for the material its russian birch pre coated with a protective paint that is very slippery so I make most of my jig with this material and it also looks good! I don’t know where you can buy this material I got from a crate on a pallet therefore I have a very short supply of this material. Cheers

Have your say...
