Just thought I’d post a few pictures of my most recently completed project. My youngest son needed a new dresser, so I decided to build rather than buy (of course). He decided he wanted it painted, so I went with birch plywood and poplar. The drawers were 1/2” Baltic birch with a poplar false front. He picked out the color scheme (I don’t know if he was being patriotic or just was thinking about SpiderMan!) It turned out pretty nice, and allowed me to get out into the shop after a long absence. I was had to use my Festool saw for all of the cuts, since I didn’t have any 220v power for my cabinet saw. (I have since purchased a 110v contractor saw).

I am now in the middle of my next project, which is a bedroom set for my 2nd oldest son and his new bride.

Did you use drawer slides for this project or are they riding on the wooden frames? I couldn’t tell from the pictures.
