Hi again gang
A while ago a LJ friend of mine said I don’t post enough of my projects,so even though these are far from flashy here are a couple of bedside tables to go with my previously posted bed .

Really nice work Jim. Hey, with that big bed and those two tables in your shop, I don’t think you have room for that Powermatic saw anymore, I’ll be glad to remove it for you :-)

well your lumberjock friend was right, and now its great to see your work on here, i know we all appreciate very much what you post, so besides being the greatest one who posts comments, i wonder if you can be the one with the most projects….lol…ok i wont push it, these are great and will look terrific with the bed, thanks jim….and maybe you should tell your friend that your now posting more projects….lol…well he might know now….:)

The only trouble with that setup is there’s no reason to get out of bed. :)

Got details? Did you use plywood?, what kind of finish will you use?

Oldtool the box is maple ply ,the face frame and top are poplar. The customers going to paint the tables and bed herself.

“Form follows function” is what I’ve heard said. And this nice set looks really functional. My foster Mom used to take a small 3 legged table and cover it with a fabric and call that a bedside table…. but where could you keep your books, reading glasses, etc.? Good work!
