Made this from scrap piece from a jointer plane I’m working on.
Turned out pretty good. I’m using a piece of jatoba for the wedge and a 1/4” thick 2” wide iron from rhett over at nice planes.

Thanks waho, she’s taking some thick passes in the photo but after a few adjustments I was taking some pretty thin gossamer shavings.

I am thinking about adding a knob on the front and a palm wedge on the back. Undecided at thus point.

Tim I think this has to be number 6 in my plane making career..
So far they have all been variations of a krenov style plane..

I haven’t dived into the traditional European style yet.
