Wooden “Hunting” Knife from a CherryTree pattern. The handle is made from Lacewood and Wenge. The blade is cut out of Baltic birch. I used a Cherry stain on the backer piece of the blade to give the deer some depth. The whole knife is about 18 inches long and the handle is 3/4” thick.

This was also my first adventure into using a wood burner. I used it to help accent the deer.

Thanks for looking.

Nice looking knife. I thought it was real (metal) until I read your write up!
