Pretty happy with this. My first turned legs project. Full 5×5 posts and the top is a full 2” thick. Ive always wanted to make this and a trestle table. Well, one down; one to go!

That is a beautiful table. Can’t wait to see the trestle table, too!!

How big is it and what finish is used on it. It looks like red oak .

I used Hemlock. It fits the style and look they were looking for and its native to the New England area. I used a water based stain and a water based poly. in a satin finish
