Here are some of the pendants I have started making over the last few days.
Pic # 1 – a few of them
Pic # 2 – Book matched Hard Maple. The glue line is about 45deg
Pic # 3 – Cats eye Solid Surface reclaimed scraps. This was the first one I made and gave to my wife.
P-c # 4 – Ruby Solid Surface reclaimed scraps. Also a gift for my wife.
Pic # 5 & 6 – I made the white one for my sister who just graduated from Westminster College this weekend. She is almost a nurse now. Just the last State test and she can join the rest of the working world. We are so proud of her for all she has done and this was here metal I made her. Its made from Solid surface material so that it is as pure white as possible. On the one side I did some simple offset groves and on the other side I placed a decal of the school logo. It is covered with several coats of CA glue to protect it. This is the largest decal I have placed to date. It was also put on vertically. This was also a first for me.
I use a offset jig sold by Ruth Niles. She has a great product and has great customer service. She also sells bottle stopper jigs & hardware. Never used or made any stoppers but they look real nice.
Thanks for looking
