My favorite of this batch is the Jatoba board … you really feel the difference in wood density when you handle it with any other board in the group.

And, as interesting as it is … it still hasn’t sold.

Henry,
I really like the mixture of woods you are using. Maybe people think they are too nice looking to cut on. I think people need to be educated about wood verses plastic for cutting boards. Maybe a small brochure to complement your display of boards. They all seam to be the same size. If they are a little variety in size may be in order.

Great suggestions, and I’m going to follow both of them … as soon as I find some 6/4 Walnut! Does anyone out there have cutting board info I should put on the cards attached to boards that I sell?
