Found a silhouette of a crescent moon I liked on the internet and used it as a pattern for my scroll saw. The wood is some old red oak I salvaged from a barn a few years ago. After cutting out the pattern I fumed the piece in an ammonia tent for 2 days, wiped it with tung oil, and then hit it with a couple coats of spray on poly. I also cut the stars at the same time. I added an assortment of beads I purchased at Walmart and there you have it. I gave it away a few days ago and I already miss it.

Looks great! And since you miss it so much, you’ll just have to make another!
