I have a friend that moved and is setting up a new shop. I’ve been making him some different woodworking tools since he’s more of a carpenter. Here are the two new push sticks I’ve made him. The push block I took from a Disston D-8 saw handle but my old one only has about a 3” clearance from the bottom to the lower part of the handle. So the one I made my friend has 4”. The push stick I glued a couple of pieces of scrap oak and sanded it down for a comfortable handle. I normally don’t go to this much trouble for push sticks but it’s a gift. Thanks for taken a look.
