Very nice, Monte. I didn’t realize there was such variation in the wood with BKP.

Made one of those a long time ago in queen size, but it weren’t nearly as purty as this one – plywood and painted white. Plus the overhangs were knee knockers whenever the bed had to be made.

Yours is gorgeous!!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing.

Nice looking….
Gorgeous wood….
Great job!!!

I’m thinkin’ a nap wouldn’t last too long….
That’s a mighty hard surface to sleep on!!!

Will it be getting a “Tempurpedic”, “Sleep Number” or…. NAILS???

Another beautiful project. Nice choice of woods , that BKP really is a pretty wood to work with. When do you find time to do these things? This is out of my range as I can’t wrestle bulky and heavy things around without help. Apparently your hand has healed some.
Any sign of the cricks risin? Don’t need any high water.

Very nice Monte. That’s exactly what I need to build, but I’m gonna make mine more than 13 inches long.

Well done, Monte. That’s gotta be about 1/2 a tree’s worth of wood. You are definitely the master of the BKP!
