Well its pretty simple its just a scrap block of cherry, with rounded edges. Honestly I’m not surewhat the dar k strip in the middle is (just one piece of square dowel that i had laying around). I ran it over the table saw to make the groove to accept the strip of wood. I then ran it through the planer for one pass to make it smooth. Finally i used a 1 1/2 inch spade bit to drill the holes. Spray on poly and voila!
