Been a while since I posted! I have been extremely busy! But I finally made it into the shop to put the wife’s Mother’s Day gift together. Its an ink jet photo transfer to wood. I used some oak pallet wood and made a simple pine frame. The photos were done in B&W to make them look old and worn!

@rkevins I used Steve Ramsey’s, (WoodWorking for Mere Mortals), process. You use the waxy paper under label sheets, like Avery Labels. You peel the labels off and then print to the waxy paper in your ink jet printer. The ink doesnt dry until you put it on the wood! Very simple and fun!

This is very nice work. I assume that you used the same process that you would use to transfer maybe something like a pattern for a woodcarving to the blank piece of wood. It turned out beautifully.
