Sculpted Winerack, 1 of 4 I did simultaneously. This one is made from left over spalted maple, walnut and cherry. I kept this one for myself and the wife, it is the same board that I did the veneer on the coffee table with so I couldn’t part with it. Last Picture is the batch of racks together.
Made by gluing up scrap into a massive block, tracing the desired design onto the wood, band-sawing out the shape, sanding smooth with an oscillating spindle sander, routing a profile and then finishing with two coats of Danish Oil.
Inspiration from Blackie_’s band saw winerack
