While I was in college I made this chess board for the veneering unit. The outside of the board is lyptus while the inside is walnut and tiger stripe maple. The board took me about 2 weeks to comlete because it was my first time veneering and the maple loves to chip. Overall I enjoyed making it and I hope you enjoy it to.
