I took some scrap wood and ripped it down and cut it to equal lengths. Then I glued them together, recut them the other way, and once again reglued. I sanded and finally applied mineral oil to make it sanitary for food.

Looks nice, a great use of scraps, I am currently doing a little spring cleaning and working on 5 boards
