Black Walnut Bowl with Copper inlay

I turned a walnut bowl for a friend that was getting ready to retire. After roughing out the bowl, I noticed a crack in the wood, so I prepared the crack and mixed up some clear epoxy with pure copper powder and filled the crack with the mixture. After it dried, I finished turning the bowl. Luckily, she liked it!

Gorgeous! You should work with cracked wood more often. The fill is a beautiful accent feature!
