V I K I N G S Double Dogs in American Cherry by BazzA. Someone asked me to make this from a Photo.
I dont have any info except its of Viking origin. Hope someone here can tell us a little about the image.
Great learning curve ! really enjoy having ago . one inch thick Cherry 13 inch wide cut with a mix of band saw / scrollsaw / Chisels and a whole load of sanding and a dip in tung oil, I will spend some time tomorrow with the beeswax. Hope you find this interesting thanks for checking it out. Regards BAZZ.

Don’t have any enlightenment to share, but it looks very “Viking” and is very nice work.

Looking good, Bazz! I can see how these would be easy to confuse. Yet you seem to ease right through! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you all for your comments : Kiefer I think your right about the Wolf ,Both Dogs and Wolves played a big part with the Vikings. Love all this Celtic work. I have rented a converted 500 year old Celtic Chapel for two weeks this summer and it still has the alter font pump organ stained glass ect, So I hope to do a blog.
Ok Thanks everyone Regards BAZZ.
