Quick and Dirty project for a friend that has a small restaurant business. He want a stand for this french fry cutter and I thought it would be the perfect project to try the finger-joint jig. The cutter is quite heavy so I think it will be a great test for the strength of this joint. Made from shop scraps (red oak, poplar, maple, and mahogany) and finished with beeswax and mineral oil.
