April 2014—A member of the software technology team where I work needed a platform on top of a cubicle shelf to hold a heavy monitor. I was able to whip out this 3-sided shelf out of some recycled plywood, which I stained a cranberry color, and coated with water-based poly. Joinery is via the Kreg pocket screw system. This was a fun little project.
