Made this musical jewelry box several years ago for my daughter’s birthday. Used the Eagle America keepsake box router bit set on some curly Maple. When I made it, my daughter’s two favorite things were the color purple and zebra prints. Thanks to some purple Transtint dye and nice curly figure maple, was able to get it pretty close. Box was finished with 6 coats of Arm-r-Seal semi-gloss. The pictures above are taken while the finish was curing. Don’t have any after final completion. The gift was discovered just as the final lid/music hardware was being tested, and it was promptly sweep to her room and fill with trinkets.
Thanks for looking.
