This quarto game is made from a plywood bottom base..reclaimed teak plywood for the top play field..beech frame with walnut trim.play pieces made from a dowel and a two by four sprayed painted with textured spray paint…

Just curious…how did you cut the groove in the pieces?

Quarto is a great game! I first played it about 20 years ago. I’ve been thinking about making a set. Nice work!

A question was ask of me on hire the groves were cut on all the pieces well I just used the table saw and jig I made awhile back called the non knuckle buster to cut the groves for the round pieces I just spun them over the blade..
