Aphgan Display case

Mother asked for a case she could display and store her crochet work in. Built this display case. Made out of oak, lined with cedar veneer, top, back and bottom. The sides and front of the case are 1/4” lexan in a routed groove except for the top which just rests in a slot. I wanted to make it easy to get it out in case of damage. Half lap joints on the rails and biscuits on the corners.
