One of my daughter-in-laws asked if I could build a child swing seat for their first child. And as any self respecting LJ would say, I said “sure” I can. (Never built one before, but I’ve seen ‘em here and there.)

I was allowed to paint it in the colors of my choice. So why not green and yellow? Anyways, it’s done and they’ll see it this Easter.

You did a great job on that swing…if it was a bit larger I would ride it.

Thanks all for the kind comments. His Dad owns a John Deere so I thought it would be appropriate. The little guy is only 6 months old so he should fit in the swing seat for a couple of years.

Well done! I’m sure the kiddo/s will enjoy that for many years. Nice touch to even paint the chains in John Deere yellow and green.
