This is another trial piece – I wanted to make a small notepad that was kinda cool to use.
Backing: plywood
Notepad: $1 store item
Cover: doeskin leather
Design: stamped Wolf, outlined with pyrography, and “Notes” in pyrography

I like it Deb. You are something else (now, if we could just figure out what ;-). Thanks for sharing it.

I’m using my little notepad and I just have to say that it is really handy. The wooden base gives the needed support to write anywhere, and the leather cover makes it easy to flip it open.
I know that this is no new thing and I can probably buy one at any department store – but it’s not made with MY leather and MY woodworking.. so this has become a favourite project. I am surprised!

I use my notepad almost every day. I’ve had to change the paper of course several times.
Now, I’ve made a second one to hold specific information and have made a couple more to have available at a Sunrise Celebration event I am hosting next month.
