I work in the concrete industrial field. Customer service mostly. I worked as a carpenter until 04, when a neck injury sidelineded me. My boss was a master craftsman, and an outstanding teacher. He gave me an appreciation for hand tools, and the history of his craft. Even though my apprenticeship was cut short, my love for wood is still alive. I feed my passion daily, and my skills improve with every feeding.
I live in east central IA. My shop is in my 2 1/2 car garage. I make gifts for family and friends, but I plan on making furnitue in the future for a profit..... I love to learn, and will gladly take suggestions.
