I am relatively new to wood working, other than building a few ramps (half pipes) quite a few years ago. As I get more into this hobby, I realize that it is very difficult to have enough space for all of my metal working tools and woodworking tools in a 18' x 24' garage!
One day I will add a dedicated workshop to my garage, until them I am forced to limit the amount of equipment that I can purchase.
I am terrible at taking pictures of most of my projects, but will try to use this site as motivation to start and finish projects.
Everyone is right! This site is very addicting!

I was able to finish it up today and with the help of my brother, get the saw lifted into place. Overall I am happy with how it turned out. I assume from the number of views but lack of posts, most people like looking at pictures and not readin...
OOPS….I had to fix a boo-boo today. I used the measurements online to plan the base. When I received the saw (but of course after I welded it up) I double checked and the measurements were not exactly accurate. The leveling bolts would have ...
Spent a few hours today cutting, grinding and welding. The main base assembly is all welded up. I am going to finish (grind) some of the welds, clean the rust off of the steel and get ready for the feet and casters. Overall pretty productive day s...
I am going to try doing a Blog. Although this project is going to be a metal working project, it is for a wood working tool. :) I ordered my Sawstop 3HP PCS a few weeks ago and it will arrive next week (4/1). I am on vacation the following week...
