Yea they closed the wood shop and metal shop at our local high school too I guess. It's sad that these kids who are already very lacking in mechanical thinking are having the last bastion of hands on design, and building taken from them. That's where I got my start on all things geared, angled, or otherwise fenagled together. Whatever. I have a shop so one day my crib midgets will know how to build things, at least.
