Home-made tablesaw, success is sweet.
So I have been working on my bench, cutting dovetail-shaped wedges for the wooden nuts on my face vise when we had a little accident. Turns out the wedge was a little too big and the grain was going in just the right direction to just POP-OFF! So I borrowed a clamp to fix that little mis-hap since a home-made clamp would take too long, and my wedge clamp would not allow me to get precise pressure. (Thanks Bro. Roberts!) So then I’m thinking ahead about things I will need to do and I figure it’s time to make my tablesaw since I’m tired of free-handing (poorly) my cuts on small pieces. TA-DA!
