busted trip
well, my vacation went down the tubes. pop up campers are NOT the way to go. not with disabled husbands and dogs. blew a tire on the camper before we ever got out of ohio. then the muffler fell off the car. then the transpmisson cooler started leaking.then the ac went out . we made it as far as mo. before we had to turn back. hubbys legs started swelling badly from not being raised up enought. darn small cars. but we have not been home all summer. we went to chicago well west of chicago. to the GOW which is a gathering of woodcarvers. spent a week there. with some very ood carvers. had a great time. took a couple of carving lessons. visited with friends. and carved a wooden lawn...
