dear mrs. bunny :

santa came by today and gave me a gift he said he found for me while eating his cookies at your house !

a piece of HOLLY , 6 3/4” x 3/4+” x 48” !!!!
one of my favorite woods !

.
and a praying mantis cut out puzzle !

.
this on top of a shirt from margy !
( that i wore already )

.
and a sheffield razor knife , torpedo level , and pocket knife ,
and denim shirt !
from doug and family ( nmkidd ) .

Right on! I’ve only been on LJs for a few months, but from what I’ve seen, you deserve all of that and more. I hope that you enjoy that piece of holly half as much as I enjoy knowing that somebody was nice enough to send it to you.
If you guys and gals aren’t careful, you’re going to restore my faith in humanity.

Santa Claus left these gifts to Santa Wood in New Mexico !!! This is great !!!

Obviously, somebody was a good boy last year. Unfortunately, you’ve set some pretty high standards for yourself for next year.

That’s some really nice stuff (I’m partial to the holly). It’s good to have friends.

bravo…....im happy to see the gifts of others given to a man who gives as well…i really like the puzzle David…maybe you can take a picture of your self and cut it out too, so its a David riding the wild grasshopper…on his way to meet Goliath….....have a happy new year David…wish i could have you over…we could feast on some new Mexico delights….as i know you must be a good cook as well as a master wood worker..my best regards my friend…..grizzman

Sweet! Nobody deserves it more. (That Sheffield box cutter looks exactly like the Bessey model I use daily at the sign shop).
