Moving further down the road to starting a professional shop, I’ve designed my own logo, seen here:

I’ve had a stamp made up of it, so I can “sign” my projects. I think it will look professional. I did want to use Maker's Marks, but this guy is impossible to get a hold of; I’m guessing he is incredibly busy.
Anyhow, I think it came out well.
I’ve also done more planning on what to make and sell. I have a small shop, so making huge furniture is not a viable option. Looks like clocks and urns for me – both of which have terrific mark up, are easy to store and ship.
I’ve made up several plans in sketchup, so once I do get a website going, it’ll have some items to sell!

IMHO Looks convincing but a bit of period reproduction impliedly potrayed.
I’m not a pro, just the way I look at it.
Good Luck !

Well, I am doing mission furniture, so yes, I did want a bit of a retro feel. Thanks!

Great looking logo!
It’s very professional and classy.
I’ve been working on a logo for my wood crafting business.
I want something that represents both the traditional rustic and contemporary refined aspects of my craft.
Yet, I want it to truly represent me.
So far, my wife has suggested a bloody thumb. :(

I really like it. I like how you chose to be pictured using a bandsaw instead of the cliche chisel or hand plane.

Very nice, great design. I venture to say that if you take as much care in your woodworking as you did with your logo your customers will be proud to own a piece with your stamp. Best of luck!
