Turning mistakes into opportunities.
Sometimes “mistakes” can actually be opportunities in disguise. One example was Edison’s attempt to make a telegraphic-telephonic repeating and recording device, it didn’t work, but when somebody gave it a spin it sounde...

Hi Pashley,
Let me welcome you to LJs. I hope that you will find this to be an exciting and rewarding part of your woodworking adventure.

Yes, this is the Kevin Rodel chair. Got the plans at finewoodworking.com. Caveat: a couple of the measurements were off; I notified them, and they verified. The plans might be corrected now.
I just built the one for a friend. He gives me money for the lumber, and I build it (what a guy, huh?!). The finish is a water-based dye, which is very nice to work with. Topped off with semi-gloss poly. My wife did the cushion, but the plans tell you how to do it….

Funny and talented, I like that. Good solid projects and stories. Can’t wait to see which national treasure you will remodel next. Love the saw-whet, one of my all time favorites, raptor fanatic.
