What A Load............. - 4 replies

I saw a bunch of these speed loaders online, but they were all built from separate pieces. I modified a couple router bits and multimaster blades, and built an AR15 speed loader from one solid piece of wood. This is just a piece of pine 2X8 I used for the prototype. It works great, so now I’ll start making them out of Walnut. My own will b...

24 years experience----Don't do it! - 88 replies

Lets talk magnets for a minute! I see products all over that use magnets to hold tools, knives, and even guns, in place. The weak kitchen knife magnetic racks are just fine, not strong enough to cause any problems. These Rare Earth magnets are great, they are small, yet very strong. Keep them away from your valuable tools, knives, and guns. I...

My second was kinda fussy - 3 replies

Lumber Jock “fussy” that is. Met Steve and his grandson today in Berea, KY. Real nice guy, but should use the name FUZZY with all that white hair, beard and mustache! I thought it was a polar bear driving that truck. ;-) He gave me some welding rods to try out on CI and mild steel.
