HF 12 inch disc sander - 11 replies Hello, Went to HF to get the 12 inch disc sander from central machine. I noticed on the tag “Motor: 120V, 22.7 amps (start), 1.25 HP, 1750 RPM” . 22.7 amp start? Won’t this trip a 20 amp breaker? Do I need to run a dedicated line for this machine? Wondering if anyone has one for home workshop use ThanksDean |

woodsmith DC - 3 replies Hello woodworking friends, I just purchased a used woodsmith DC for my basement workshop. I am new to the dc because my shop use to be in the garage and I just used a ridgid shop vac. My question is, the unit uses a 2 1/2 hose. Is 2 1/2 a standard where if I go to say Rockler or Woodcrafter I can buy a new hose and blast gates and etc̷... |
