Very nice, I like the scrollwork, & a good solid looking table.

I see he has incorporated clamps into the table as well!

Seriously – Looking good!

Clamps are a great design detail. Although they can add to the overall cost of the project.

First thank you Mark for getting my pics posted. Martin even tried to help me, I know what he was saying but it was’nt working for me. I tried the ! mark before and after the address but that did’nt work either. Unless you do it in the little box under the picture. I’ve been doing it in the address bar at the top. Anyway I don’t think I’ll leave the clamps on when the glue dries. I’ll probably use em again. By the way the symbols are Japanese and mean love and life. The same symbol on opposite aprons. It’s all walnut and I’m using red mahagoney stain and my secret recipe. Whatever that is. I Will absolutely get a closeup of the scrollery in my final pics if not sooner. But thanks for the generous comments and the good natured ribbing, it was good natured ribbing was’nt it?

Hi Mike;
—-now you’ve went and done it also, what a great table of ‘wood art’ you have here!!!

And as far as the ‘good natured ribbing’ goes, well…..”it was Eve’s good natured rib that has been ribbing me ever since, I know, I was there”; said Adam as he told his story while laughing, to all the up and coming ‘good natured’ woodworking buddies in the wood shop of Eden….

JockMike. Great looking table. And don’t let the razzing of the clamps bother you. I think they look great also.

Mike, you are more than welcome. If it weren’t for Don and giz, I wouldn’t be able to help you. I really think your problem is, photobucket. I had to switch to flickr to get mine to work or Pando. Thanks for sharing the meaning of your carvings. It is quite fitting.
