Hi guys and gals, bear with me this my first call for help. I would like to purchase a “Hawk” scroll saw from someone locally here on Craigslist. They say its in excellent condition and asking $140. I am still waiting to hear back on which model it is and some additional photos. I went on “Hawk Tools” website and they offer two models, one for $1200 and $1400 so the $140 would be a steal! Or maybe someone knows about a spinoff, or copy of the tool. I find it hard to believe its that cheap! Looking forward to any response I get, thanks.

If it is all working, that is a great price. Age can be determined by the serial # and a phone call to Bushton.

Thanks for the reply Kepy. It wasn’t in the the price range I thought it was, that was for the 220 models, I bought the saw for $115 and it was a model 214, a !6” vs a 20”. It is in excellent condition and cuts very smooth. A ton of blades came with it also.

Have your say...
